Return Policy

Model Trains Go will accept only authorized returns. The proceedure to acquire an authorized return is noted below. Authorized returns are accepted only if the return authorization label is affixed to the outside of the original package. Charges will be credited to your account if the above is accomplished, less the actual shipping charges you paid to receive the original shipment. You must prepay the return shipping costs with the authorized return label affixed to the package. Products that were recieved damaged are not subject to a 15% resctocking fee. Products returned that are not the subject of damage will be charged the 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original packaging, not damaged in any manner, complete, and able to be sold to others to receive a credit to your account. Items must be returned no later than 15 days from your receipt. Returns for repairs or warranty issues must be made directly to the manufacturer. Information for return to the manufacturer will be made to you by our return e-mail to your request. Exact compliance with the manufacturer's return policy is your responsibility. Model Trains Go will not accept returns in behalf or any manufacturer, or shipping to any manufacturer. Shipments received damaged by the carrier is your responsibility to not accept, or if accepted with no apparent internal damage, you must save all packaaging, product, and shipping papers, for credits you may apply for with the shipper. Or, use these documents as a manufacturers return requirement.
