GC Laser was founded by Tom Las in 2003. The Genoa City, Wisconsin-based
company makes laser-cut and laser-etched plywood structure kits and details
such as wood shingles and truck beds.

Derrick (Laser-Cut Wood Kit) -- 4-1/16 x 3-1/4 x 6-1/8" Kit features laser-etched siding planks, timber ramps, pivotable doors and windows, positionable boom, ladder, removable roof, upper level interior details, rafter tails, shingles, ridge cap and more.

Icing Platform - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- 21-7/8 x 2-9/16 x 2-5/8" Footprint In the days of ice-cooled reefers, large docks like these were often seen at the edges of yards and along the mainline. Kit includes 17 laser-cut bent assemblies with sway braces, a laser-etched deck with wheel tracks for ice carts, plus three ladders, railings, stairs, braces and spacers.

Silo - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- 3-9/16 x 3-1/16 x 8-1/8" Footprint Keep your livestock fed year 'round with this neat structure on your scale farm. The kit consists of 23 laser-cut pieces, including the dryer house which is laser-etched to simulate brick construction. A ladder with enclosure, assembly jig and one-piece conical roof are all included.

Peru, Iowa Depot - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- 5 x 4-1/8 x 2-7/8" Footprint Local folks in any small town would be mighty proud to have this fine depot. It's based on a Chicago Great Western prototype. The kit includes 132 laser-cut pieces, and includes complete instructions with scaled full elevation drawings. Designed for easy assembly, all walls interlock with each other and the base to keep parts square. The intricate wall trim is actually done as one piece with corners, casing, base and frieze boards. All doors and windows can be opened or closed for more realism. The kit also comes with laser-cut parts to build four benches, sign backer with printed signs, laser-cut window glazing, sheet material to model rolled roofing, and a laser-etched chimney with cap. The roof is removable so you can add your own interior details if desired.

Covered Bridge - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- 16-3/16 x 3-15/16 x 2-9/16" Footprint A reminder of long-ago days, this handsome model adds a neat detail to rural scenes. Perfect for period layouts or as a restored structure in a modern setting, the kit is fully detailed inside and out. Elmhurst Depot - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- 6-5/16 x 4-3/4 x 2-7/8" Footprint Based on a Chicago Great Western prototype located along the mainline in Elmhurst, Illinois, this finely detailed structure is typical of other wood depots found throughout the Midwest. All parts are laser cut to ensure accuracy and ease of assembly. Interlocking walls and bases keep parts aligned. Doors and windows are separate pieces and can be positioned open or closed. PRR J Tower - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- FP: 4-1/4"x4-9/16"x5-7/8" The prototype was built in 1885 for the Cumberland Valley and Northern Central Railway busy crossing at the PRR Enola yard. Both railroads later became part of the PRR. Model features a detailed exterior stairway, multi-paned windows and lots of fine details. Sturtevant, Wisconsin Depot - Laser-cut Wood Kit -- 11-15/16 x 11-15/16 x 4-3/4" One of the most handsome of all Milwaukee Road depots, this elaborate structure was built at the intersection of two routes at Sturtevant, Wisconsin, where it still stands today. The kit features over 400 laser-cut parts, plus 165-laser cut tabbed shingles and roof cap to finish the removable roof. Separate windows, doors, corbels, trim, columns, signs and a host of other details are all included, along with complete illustrated instructions, roof alignment grid and jigs to simplify assembly.
